SHAZAD Z. OMAR

Mr. Omar was born in Los Angeles, California. Mr. Omar graduated from Menlo College in 2007 and subsequently received his J.D. Degree from Whittier Law School in December 2009 with a concentration in Business Law.

Mr. Omar’s main area of focus primarily revolves around civil and business litigation in both the limited and unlimited jurisdiction in personal injury, breach of contract, and fraud claims. In addition to civil litigation, Mr. Omar is an accomplished attorney with a strong background and experience in both prosecution and defense in Unlawful Detainer Actions.

Mr. Omar had a wide array of experiences prior to his career as an attorney. His vast experiences include working for major companies such
as Disneyland to running his own car wholesale dealership in California. Mr. Omar is a member of the State Bar of California, American Bar Association, and the Orange County Bar Association.

RAMY A. ABOUELSOOD

Ramy Abouelsood was born and raised in Southern California graduating from Colton High School in 2001. He graduated from the University of California, Irvine in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. While at Irvine, Mr. Abouelsood was a member of various clubs and organizations.

Mr. Abouelsood graduated from Whittier Law School in 2009 with a J.D. degree with a concentration in Criminal Law and Trial and Appellate Practice. While at Whittier, he was a Dean’s Fellow, a member of the Moot Court Honors Board, Trial Advocacy Honors Board, founder and president of the Criminal Law Society, vice president of the Middle Eastern Law Student Association, event coordinator for the Whittier Law Intramural Club, and a member of various other organizations. Mr. Abouelsood was a competing member in international advocacy competitions for Whittier and received awards for his outstanding oral advocacy skills.

As a law student, Mr. Abouelsood was a certified law clerk for the OrangeCounty District Attorney’s Office where he appeared in court hearings on behalf of the People of the State of California. Similarly, Mr. Abouelsood has also worked for the San Bernardino City Attorney’s Office practicing civil litigation, the Law Offices of Steven Stern practicing employment law, a law clerk for Agajanian, McFall, and Tetreault & Crist practicing criminal defense appellate matters, and Wai & Connor, LLP practicing workers’ compensation law. Mr. Abouelsood has experience working in private, government, civil, and criminal matters. Mr. Abouelsood is conversational in Arabic. He is currently a member of the California State Bar and the American Bar Association. He is licensed to practice law in the State of California and Central District of California.
